The primary style of Yoga used during Yoga By the Way group classes is Vinyasa. Vinyasa is an ancient practice which has become one of the most popular ways to practice Yoga. Many people start Vinyasa to gain fitness and discover it has much more to offer.  
     
  Vinyasa links a sequence of poses with breath. By connecting movements with the right breath during Vinyasa, you not only gain physical strength and sculpt your body, you become aware of your inner world. It is challenging and can be a total work out.  
     
  The energy, balance and strength you create on your yoga mat are things to carry into your daily life. Vinyasa can also enable you to become pure, centered, balanced, and physically and mentally healthier. You will have a different outlook on life—you breathe again!  
     
  Yoga By The Way Vinyasa group classes are challenging, with a focus on correct alignment, but you will be encouraged to work at your own level, to find a way to deepen your practice and to discover your personal edge.
